Our client came to us with a vision of turning this neglected home nestled on a private lot in the Catalina Foothills into a vacation rental property. Every aspect of the home was repaired & upgraded, the very definition of a fixer upper!

The old kitchen and dining room areas were entirely opened up and the awkward entryway walls were removed.

What was once the enclosed dining room became a casual seating area off the entry & kitchen. Accented by a colorful wall mural, this space connects guests to the kitchen in an inviting way.

The Master Bedroom space was transformed into a resort like room with two king size beds for guests.

The Master Bathroom was gutted and transformed into a refreshing space with a huge walk-in shower, new dual vanity and custom tile throughout. The wall separating the makeup desk by the window was removed to allow for the larger vanity and more natural light throughout.

This Master Bathroom got a much needed update with new recessed lighted mirrors. They are anti-fog and open up for storage and power. The shower/tub area was updated with new tile, plumbing fixtures and a custom shampoo niche for easy access while in the soaking tub. The floors are a wood-look porcelain tile that continue into the bedroom.
Mid Century Modern Bathroom
Our clients wanted a more unique Master Bathroom that was more in keeping with the history of the home. We incorporated warmth using wood look shower tiles and color on vanity cabinets along with modern fixtures.
Guest Bathroom
This guest bathroom got a refresh by removing the original bathtub, vanity top and lighting. Unique glass vessel sinks give a pop of color to the space.

We incorporated them into the overall design by placing a wall mounted body spray shower system in the center and two custom wall niches below. An additional rain shower head was installed above and is controlled by the valve at the right upon entering the area. Attention to detail is everything!

Designing a kitchen ideal for entertaining friends was a major focus for these clients. Opening up the kitchen to the living room and creating a large peninsula is an ideal solution in a small home. It provides storage, seating and plenty of serving space when entertaining allows and the host to maintain connection with guests while working in the kitchen. A custom wine closet with interior lighting is another highlight of this kitchen.

We removed popcorn ceilings, carpet and existing windows and patio doors. All electrical switches/duplex receptacles were updated and new recessed LED lighting installed. We then retextured ceilings and walls, applied new interior paint, installed new hardwood floors and finished with rustic ceiling beams and custom corbels.
