This Master Bathroom got a much needed update with new recessed lighted mirrors. They are anti-fog and open up for storage and power. The shower/tub area was updated with new tile, plumbing fixtures and a custom shampoo niche for easy access while in the soaking tub. The floors are a wood-look porcelain tile that continue into the bedroom.
New windows provide natural light to the space while maintaining privacy. We incorporated them into the overall design by placing a wall mounted body spray shower system in the center and two custom wall niches below. An additional rain shower head was installed above and is controlled by the valve at the right upon entering the area. Attention to detail is everything!
Designing a kitchen ideal for entertaining friends was a major focus for these clients. Opening up the kitchen to the living room and creating a large peninsula is an ideal solution in a small home. It provides storage, seating and plenty of serving space when entertaining allows and the host to maintain connection with guests while working in the kitchen. A custom wine closet with interior lighting is another highlight of this kitchen.
We removed popcorn ceilings, carpet and existing windows and patio doors. All electrical switches/duplex receptacles were updated and new recessed LED lighting installed. We then retextured ceilings and walls, applied new interior paint, installed new hardwood floors and finished with rustic ceiling beams and custom corbels.
